2012 KUBOTA MX5100F One-owner tractor, owner is selling property and no longer needs the tractor. Tractor has always been stored when not in use. Primarily used for blading and mowing. Tractor starts, runs, clutches, shifts, brakes, steers and operates as it should. PTO and three-point function as they should - unable to test hydraulic remote as the owner doesn't own any equipment with hydraulics. Please note one missing signal light on the left fender, otherwise a clean little tractor. Loading assistance available with 24 hours advance notice. No loading dock onsite or near tractor - bring ramps. Sales tax at the rate of 5.27% will be added to the purchase price of this item unless the buyer claims this as an ag exempt purchase and provides the auction company with a completed and signed Colorado ag exemption affidavit which will remove all sales tax.
